Monks 2 day Charity match – day 1

First day of Mike Mcmillan 2 dayer at monks, I’ve drawn peg 47 on lake 2.
I’ve started short on meat and caught skimmers steady but no sign of any carp. The winds died down and I’ve managed to mug 6 carp at 16m but couldn’t compete with the other bank who were catching a lot quicker.
Luckily my margins have produced and in the last 2 hours I’ve had around 10 carp down the edge. I’ve finished with 180lb which won my bank but was only 4th in the section.

Well done to Pemb Wrighting on the win. Lake 1 tomorrow hoping for an end peg🤞👍
