Joseph James Law Invitation match – Alders Farm

Today I’ve fished the Joseph James Law team match, fishing for the England u15s team👍

I’ve drawn peg 4 on ash which I didn’t know much about. I’ve set up to fish pellets from 5m-11m, 2 margin rigs and also a feeder 🤞

Decided to start short on pellets and had around 8 carp in the first hour but then I’ve struggled with foul hookers.

With a change of feeding I managed to have a good run mid match but again this soon went quiet.

In the last 2 hours I’ve caught an odd carp on the feeder and also a few down the edge.

I’ve finished with 28 carp for 80lb which was 9th in section and the team has finished joint 7th, which we were happy with, considering none of us had seen the venue before👍
